Homepage
Once you have logged in, the dashboard is the first thing that you will see. You can view the summarized version of your sales and expenses classified either weekly, monthly, or yearly to have a glimpse of your finances.

The Homepage consists of the following:
Total Sales
The Total Sales section displays the total amount of your sales within a week.
Collected This Week - The amount you have collected from your customers this week.
Due This Week - Total receivables you are expecting from your customers this week.
Overdue - The amount that your customers have yet to pay which are already past their due dates.
Clicking these sections will redirect you to respective information.
Total Expenses
The Total Expenses section displays the total amount of your paid transactions and amount you owe to your Suppliers within a week.
Paid This Week - The amount of paid transactions this week.
Due This Week - The amount of unpaid transactions this week.
Overdue - The amount that you have yet to pay your supplier which are already past their due dates.
Clicking these sections will redirect you to respective information.
Sales and Expenses
The Sales and Expense section displays the graphical representation of your monthly and yearly sales and expenses.
It helps you analyze and keep track of your cash flow that are coming in and out of your company.
Sales - the amount of your earned income.
Expenses - the amount of your expenses.
Hovering on the dots will show you the amount of your sales or expenses on a certain month.
Banking Logs
The Banking Logs section displays the lists of your bank accounts and their balances.
Bank Balance - the current balance in your bank account.
Available Balance - the remaining balance in your bank account with post-dated checks already deducted.
Collectibles
The Collectibles section displays the total amount of your sales for the current month.
Collected - the amount that you collected from your customers for the current month.
Not Yet Collected - the amount that you have not yet collected from your customers for the current month.
Overdue - the amount that your customers have yet to pay which are already past their due dates.
Payables
The Payables section displays the total amount of your expenses for the current month.
Paid - the amount of your paid transactions for the current month.
Not Yet Paid - the amount of your unpaid transactions for the current month.
Overdue - the amount that you have yet to pay which are already past their due dates.
Private Mode
Switch ON to hide all displayed amounts in your dashboard and show only the total number of invoices and vouchers recorded in the system.
